Agreement on Contract Extension

 

A사와 B사는 2017년 12월 1일 체결한 '물류서비스 위탁계약서'에 의거하여 아래와 같이 계약연장에 합의한다.

A and B will agree to extend the contract in accordance with Logistics Service Consignment Contract signed in December 1, 2017 as follows.

 

1. 계약기간

1. Contract Period

본 '계약연장 합의서'의 계약기간은  2018년 12월 1일부터 2019년 11월 30일까지 1년으로 한다.

The contract period of this agreement on contract extension shall be one year from December 1, 2018 to November 30, 2019.

 

2. 기타사항

2. Other Matter

본 '계약연장 합의서' 이외의 사항은 2017년 12월 1일 체결한 '물류서비스 위탁계약서' 내용에 준한다.

The matter other than this agreement on contract extension shall conform to the contents of Logistics Service Consignment Contract signed on December 1, 2017.
